B2B​ ​Marketing Unit Head 

Location: Amman, Jordan

Our goal at Fine Solutions, the away from home division of Fine Hygienic Holding is to give every customer who deals with us the best experience ever. This position is entitled to empower the position of Fine Solutions in the market, come up with new ideas, engage and support our partners, engage with the sales teams to better represent Fine Solutions.  
Our Marketing Unit Head is responsible for ensuring the vital segment of our business is supported and continues to grow, in addition to ensuring that our team of Business Development have all of the tools they need to support the business. You will be the champion of our strategic initiatives in Jordan and be responsible for the day to day marketing. 
 Work Activities: 
  • The Marketing Unit Head is accountable for implementing Fine Solutions’ marketing activities, in accordance with the marketing plan.
  • Will drive effective communications with all partners, to strengthen relationships with them and also, build relationships with new partners.
  • Own the implementation of all B2B marketing programs, which require engagement with the business development teams. 
  • Push the online sales of Jordan.finestore.com in which requires constant digital presence. 
  • The role will be responsible for managing the prioritization of projects and plans and ensure overall productivity. 
  • Work on and develop a calendar of activity to engage more customers to increase lead generation and sales growth. 
  • Work as part of the wider Marketing team; Marketing Unit Head will be required to be involved with general marketing activities on an ad hoc basis, including attending travel shows. 
  • Work on email marketing, website content, social media, partnerships, sponsorships, and other activities.
  • Manage the production and distribution of marketing materials, including leaflets, posters, flyers, and banners.

Entry Requirements:
Marketing degree and previous experience are very highly valued.

Interview Structure:
  • 1st interview with the HR department (in-person interview or over the phone).
  • 2nd interview with the Regional Marketing Manager as well as the Recruitment Manager, the candidate must present a PowerPoint presentation in 15-20 mins that include:
